6-minute workout that melts belly fat

In order to get rid of unsightly belly fat, no matter how many diets you hold and how healthy you eat, it is important to have a toned muscular tissue. If you want flat abdominal area you need a series of intense workout exercises that will help you not only to lose weight but also to lose unsightly belly fat.

We present a set of exercises that stand over three days and lasts only six minutes. It works only if the training is repeated week after week, without ignoring a healthy diet.

By training your muscles in the middle area of the body, ie abdominal muscles and hips, you’ll improve your posture, you’ll get rid of back pain that you have because of sedentary lifestyle, you’ll become more mobile and you’ll prevent various accidents.

Day I
The first workout session includes simple exercises that last less than five minutes, as we can see in the video below. For best results it is recommended to repeat the training every few minutes.

Exercise 1: Right side pushups, 10 repetitions
Left side pushups, 10 repetitions

Exercise 2: Side crunches, 10 reps on each side

Exercise 3: Elbows pushups, 36 repetitions

Day II
The day includes four exercises that can be completed in less than five minutes, as you can see in the video below. Like in the first workout session, try a second round, for optimum results.

Exercise 1: Pushups with the leg to the chest, 15 reps for each side

Exercise 2: Skydiver – 30 seconds

Exercise 3: “Dead beetle” – 10 repetitions

Exercise 4 “Thread in the needle” – 10 repetitions for each side

Day III
Third day exercises are more difficult and can be completed in approximately 6 minutes.
Exercise 1: Crab versus Superman – 6 repetitions for each side

Exercise 2: The star – 10 repetitions on each side

Exercise 3: V crunches, 10 repetitions on each side

Exercise 4: Up and down pushups – 10 repetitions on each side
