1. Avoid eating onions or garlic and carbonated drinks after a large lunch and don’t overdo the sweets.
2. Wash your teeth twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, make sure you clean your tongue and use mouthwash if you feel the need.
3. Go to your dentist and treat caries, if you have them.
4. Reduce cigarettes and coffee consumption.
