Homemade remedy for dry and cracked heels

Although cracking heels can be a sign of lack of hydration, exposure to external factors (cold, inappropriate footwear) or zinc and Omega 3 deficiency, they often may indicate foot care negligence.

Cracked heels are not harmful, but depending on the cracks depth they tend to become painful or they can bleed.
To prepare a herbal remedy for this embarrassing problem you need 1-1 ½ liters of milk, 3-4 tablespoons of baking soda and … 10 minutes.

Soak your feet for five minutes in the basin in which you poured warmed milk. After 5 minutes, pour baking soda in your hand and massage your feet insisting on heels. Foot massage should last another 5 minutes. Wipe your feet with a towel and apply a moisturizer (optionally).

You’ll get best results if you apply this treatment twice a week.
