Mineral deposits on teeth are called tartar. Depositary layer increases with time and, if you don’t pay attention, periodontitis may occur. Of course, the most effective way to remove tartar is going to the dentist, but if you are afraid to go or you don’t have the financial resources to make a visit, you must know that there are ways to get rid of tartar at your home.
– baking soda
– hydrogen peroxide
Baking soda is the most popular and most effective substance to remove tartar. First, mix one tablespoon of baking soda with ½ teaspoon of salt. Soak the toothbrush in warm water then soak it in this mixture.
Brush your teeth well then spit. Repeat for five minutes. Mix a full glass of peroxide with ½ cup of warm water, rinse your mouth with this solution for one minute, then spit again and rinse your mouth with ½ cup of cold water. Follow these steps once a week for 1 month and you’ll see the effects!
