How to Treat Arthritis with Castor Oil

This natural oil has many health benefits and is very useful for the treatment of many diseases. It has been used for medicinal purposes over the centuries in India.

Castor oil has powerful anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial and analgesic properties, effectively treating back pain, arthritis or inflammation of the sciatic nerve.

In addition, castor oil treats chronic constipation, moisturizes the skin, stimulates hair growth and fight many other diseases and health problems.

Castor oil considerably strengthens the immune system and treats gastrointestinal disorders and is very effective against warts, scars, lipomas and insect bites.

Administration:

Due to its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial and antiviral properties, castor oil is effective in treating arthritis and sciatic nerve problems. Apply the oil directly on the affected area and massage with slow circular movements. Repeat several times a day until you see the first results.

Joint pain

Heat the oil in a bain marie and soak a piece of cloth in it. Apply the cloth on the joint. Wrap the area with a compress and let it act overnight.

Arthritis, rheumatism and muscle pains

Massage the affected area three times a day with castor oil. Apply the oil and warm it for 5-10 minutes with an infrared lamp (which is held at a distance of 35-40 cm). Massage until the oil penetrate the skin and repeat the procedure.

After a few months of daily use, you can get rid of the most serious types of arthritis.
