How to use vinegar to treat sinusitis

Paranasal sinus infection occurs most often after a common cold. The virus that caused the cold attacks the mucosa lining on the sinus walls that cause sinusitis. After several days of common cold (with runny nose, fever, cough, drooping) sinusitis may occur, especially in winter.

The next cure is very effective, so you can use it with confidence.

Put grated horseradish in a half-liter bottle and fill it to the top with wine vinegar. Close the bottle and keep it in a warm place for 10 days. Remember to shake the bottle daily.

Open the bottle after 10 days, pour it into a shallow dish and inhale the vapors for 5 minutes. You can do this 2-3 times a day, but with an hour break between inhalation.

In the evening, soak a gauze in the resulting liquid and apply it on the forehead, leaving it to act throughout the night. Do this treatment 5 days in a row and you’ll see the amazing results.
