The Best Homemade Body Wraps To Fight Cellulite

The ingredients you will need for this body wrap DIY are:

– 1 cup Epsom salt
– 4 cups of chamomile herbal tea
– 3 tbsp. of olive oil
– 2 drops of rosemary essential oil
– An old sheet

First off, mix 4 cups of chamomile tea with the Epsom salt.
Then, soak an old sheet into the mixture, making sure it is not overly hot.
Follow up with the oils and then massage into your body.
Then wrap yourself in the old sheet, adding another layer of plastic wrap around the sheet.
Keep it tight and sit for an hour under a warm blanket to keep yourself warm.

2. Ginger Body Wrap

The ingredients you will need for this body wrap DIY are:

– 2 tablespoons of ginger roots
– 5 tablespoons of bentonite clay powder
– 10 tbsp. of warm water

Place everything in a blender for about a minute and mix the ingredients very well. You can add more clay or water to reach a thick consistency.
Then, apply to your body where you want to get rid of cellulite and wrap the area with a plastic wrap.
Let this body wrap on for 40 minutes and then rinse with warm water first. Then, apply a quick cold rinse.

3. The cayenne powder body wrap

The ingredients you will need for this body wrap DIY are:

– 2 tablespoons of cayenne powder
– 10 tablespoons of white clay
– 20 tablespoons of warm water
– 2 drops of essential oil of choice.

Combine the cayenne powder, clay, and a little warm water to make a good paste. Then add the oils you like and a warm the paste in a microwave before applying it.
Then, let it sit for 10 minutes on your cellulite areas then rinse it off with warm water.
You don’t need to keep the cayenne powder for too long.
Finally, for this to be more effective, make sure you use a plastic wrap.

4. The All-Star Body Wrap

The ingredients you will need for this body wrap DIY are:

– 0.5 cup of seaweed powder
– 0.5 cup of white clay
– 2 cups of apple cider vinegar
– 3 drops of essential oil of choice

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
Then, add more clay or water until you have a thick consistency of a cream.
Apply to your problem areas and then cover with a plastic wrap.
Lastly, keep this on for 15 minutes and then simply rinse it off with warm water.
