10 min abs workout to burn your belly fat

The mechanism is simple. The muscles store energy as glycogen. When you exercise glycogen is consumed as fuel. After fitness session, fat from fat deposits is transferred to replenish muscle glycogen stores.

Cardio, best fat burning exercises
Use this method for short intervals, but work hard. The greater effort will be, the results will be better. You can do these exercises in the park or at home.
The secret is to start slowly for 60-90 seconds, then speed up to 30 seconds. Alternate exercises on the second half after a break of 30 seconds. Finish abdomen exercises with a short run round as fast as you can for one minute.

Exercises with dumbbells
In addition to cardio, you need some tools to help you in order to have perfect abs in less time. The good news is that you don’t need sophisticated equipment and you can exercise whenever you can.
Repeat 10-20 times each exercise, resting up by 2 minutes after each series. A number of effective exercises includes jumping squats, pushups or climbing stairs.
