Sweating is a natural function of the body, but it can be very unpleasant for some people, especially if it involves unpleasant odor, stains and excessive moisture in the underarm area.
The underarms are particularly prone to sweating, because in this area of the body there is a higher concentration of sweat glands, but also bacteria and dead cells.
Fortunately, there are many remedies to prevent and to reduce excess, and also to neutralize the unpleasant odors.
Apple cider vinegar and lavender oil to prevent sweat
The combination of apple vinegar and lavender essential oil has antimicrobial and antiperspirant properties that reduce excessive underarm sweating.
– ½ cup apple vinegar (125 ml)
– 1 tablespoon of lavender essential oil (15 ml)
Method of preparation:
Pour the apple vinegar in a spray bottle and mix it with the essential lavender oil.
Close the container and allow the mixture to sit for 10 – 12 hours.
How to apply?
After the hours passed, spray the solution over the underarm area.
Let it act for 15 minutes until its dry. Don’t rinse.
Use the remedy twice a day, if necessary.
Important: If you have sensitive skin, dilute the mixture with some water.
