  • 8 garlic cloves peeled and lightly crushed
  • 200 ml of honey
  • 200 ml apple cider vinegar

How to proceed?

All you have to do is add honey and apple vinegar over garlic, and then mix the composition for 15 seconds with a blender. Put the mixture in a jar with lid, and keep it in the refrigerator for 5 days. Now, the syrup is ready to use. It’s advisable to mix the composition once a day.
