Rough skin on heels is a very common phenomenon. The main causes may be: vitamin insufficiency, uncomfortable footwear, poor hygiene or fungal infections.
If you need an effective remedy to treat your cracked heels, then we have the proper answer. You will notice amazing effects after the first use.
– 1 egg
– vinegar solution (70% concentration)
– 200 g of butter
How to prepare:
Wash the egg. Place it in a glass and pour the vinegar solution over until it covers the whole egg. Leave it in a dark place for 5 days.
You will notice that the egg shell has dissolved and has deposited on the glass bottom.
Remove the egg with a spoon (it will seem like boiled due to vinegar action) and place it in another container. Remove the film, crush the egg with a spoon and add the vinegar with all the deposit in the glass.
Add butter and mix well. Put the ointment in a container, put the lid and store it in the refrigerator.
Apply this remedy on your cracked heels, avoiding the smoother skin.
Before sleeping, soak your feet in salt water and dry them after. Apply your homemade ointment over the cracks, cover the area with food wrap and put your socks on.
Wash your feet with warm soapy water in the morning, carefully remove the dead skin and grease your heels with moisturizing cream. Repeat this procedure until the cracks disappear. Typically, the cracks vanish after the second procedure, and heels become very delicate.
