Cellulite is a problem faced by many women, and we fight with it our entire life if we don’t balance our diet. Besides exercises we have to help the skin to get rid of those small dimples from the outside. And the most and effective way is to use following body wraps.
I tested them, of course along with intense exercising, and no more than 2 weeks my skin started to get that firm and silky smooth look.
- 1 big lemon
- 10 tablespoons of honey
- 4 tablespoons of sea salt
Mix in a large bowl the lemon juice along with the lemon zest, sea salt and honey. You have to obtain a homogenous mixture.
How to apply?
Just spread the mixture over the affected area, buttocks and thighs, and then wrap yourself in plastic foil. As an inside secret, I covered my thighs with warm towel! Now, wait for 15-30 minutes to take effect, unwrap yourself and take a bath!
