Natural Way To Get Rid Of Tendonitis Pain At Home

Tendonitis is an irritation or inflammation of the tendons. It can occur anywhere in the body but is an especially common problem in the elbows, knees, thumbs, shoulders, hips or Achilles tendons. Symptoms are aching pain and tenderness, aggravated by movement. Tendinitis is usually treated with rest and medication, but you can also try herbal remedies. 1. Rest
Tendonitis is often due to an injury that occurs as a result of overuse or misuse, so it is important to rest to the injured tendons sufficiently to allow them to fully heal.

2. Eat fruits and vegetables
Choose from a wide range of foods, including dark leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, onions, garlic, squash, carrots, peppers, apples, pomegranates, and more, because they have anti-inflammatory properties and it will relieve pain quickly.

3. Epsom Salt
Take a warm bath with Epsom salt. This way you will get the amount of magnesium needed to reduce inflammation and swelling.

4. Apple cider vinegar
Soak a cloth in ACV and apply it to the painful area surrounding the tendon. Let it act for 30 minutes, and then remove.

5. Cold packs
You can apply ice pack for 10 minutes on the painful area. It will help you ease the pain, reduce swelling and inflammation. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times a day.

6. Bone broth
It contains nutrients that will help to speed up healing of your tendons.

7. Cayenne pepper
