Wrist massage prevents and reduces nausea. The area you have to massage is 2 fingers above the wrist. Massage it with your thumb, easily for 2-3 minutes.

Avoid stress because it may worsen the nausea sensation. When nausea is produced by a strong odor, keep away from the smell. When you face with nausea symptoms avoid consuming spicy or hot foods, oily ingredients, and try to consume light products.
Fruits, whole grains, vegetables, or any other vitamin-rich product can get you rid of nausea.
